If you're struggling to enter it, you can use to toggle slow motion, which allows for easier control of your goat while in the air: Upon gaining some airtime via the fans, you'll want to maneuver your way into this small, red-glowing area that contains another fan. Jump down to the bottom floor with all of the fans. Once you've landed on the beams, head to the corner where you'll find Golden Goat Trophy 3/30. At the top, utilize your double jump and/or angel goat mutators to land on the support beams above you. Once in the facility, turn left and head up the ramp. Near the orange "Hovertech" sign, you can bust down the brown sheet-metal on the wall by headbutting it ( ), then head inside. Next, jump over the gas station fence so you're near the large "Low Gravity Testing Facility" building. Head inside of the garage, and near the back wall, you'll find Golden Goat Trophy 2/30. Near the gas pumps, there will be a garage marked "Service". Jump out of the window of the bedroom, then head towards the gas station ahead of you. Inside this bedroom, in the small closet area is Golden Goat Trophy 1/30. Head up the stairs, then into the room all the way on the right.

Angel Goat allows you to stay in the air for a very long time by holding while you're airborne, which you can easily do by double jumping with. Once you've unlocked the Angel Goat mutator, make sure you equip it (go to "Mutators" in the menu) along with the Double Jump mutator.
